ABOUT ME

I have been working as a counselor and clinical psychologist in school settings since 2001 and in private practice since 2009. I am currently in private practice full time in Northampton and Amherst, MA, while also providing consulting and coaching services for educational institutions and faculty across the country.

Whether working with individuals, groups, or institutions, my goal is always to ask questions that open space and lead to new insights and understanding, to bring tried and true psychological principles and strategies to bear, and to collaboratively problem solve in order to assist in building new skills and approaches for navigating life's inevitable challenges.
