PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy is incredibly helpful not just in managing mental health diagnoses such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, etc., but it is also a powerful support in navigating the ways in which we can all get stuck in undesired and unhealthy patterns in our lives and relationships. My goal is that your experience of therapy is one in which you feel deeply heard and understood, challenged in healthy ways, and able to explore a wide range of thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a neutral, non-judgmental, and warmly empathic setting.
